Note

Our upgrade offering is for the hardware and platform only, this excludes upgrades of the solutions – however this can be done in parallel with a separate engagement. Other considerations:

  1. We will assist with the pre-requisites

  3. We will verify that the environment is configured correctly and is functioning
  4. We will advise the best way to promote existing solutions
  5. We will help with environment cutovers, production outage planning, and similar issues
